Business enquiries

The enquiry form collects your company, country, work email, optional website, selected service interest, business challenge and desired outcome. We store the submission and a receipt in our existing hosted database for review and response. Submitting does not create an account, verify your identity, subscribe you to marketing or start a paid service.

For abuse prevention, the service stores a one-way, day-specific fingerprint derived from the requesting network address. It does not store the raw address in the enquiry record. Hosting providers may separately process connection logs to operate their services. Form content is treated as unverified information and is not sent to an AI provider by this form.

Do not submit credentials, payment data, private tender documents, customer lists or sensitive personal information. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to the authenticated operations dashboard. We use the information to assess service fit and handle the conversation; it is not published on this website.

Email and subscriptions

If you email support@j8vest.com, we use your message to respond or handle your service request. Stripe handles any approved checkout and customer portal; card details are entered on Stripe, not this website. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Questions and requests

Contact support@j8vest.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We review retention and deletion requests in light of the enquiry, any service relationship and applicable record-keeping requirements. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting. This website does not add advertising trackers or an analytics form.
